Instructions
- Conference registration is compulsory.
- Only dermatologists & plastic surgeons are allowed to attend the conference
- Workshop – first come first serve basis, limited seats.
- The secretariat does not accept liability for forms lost in transit.
- For Post Graduate Students confirmation letter from the HOD is mandatory.
- PG students without confirmation letter will be considered as a delegate for registration.
- Outstation cheque will not be accepted after 5th May 2023
- Online Registration is available.
- Delegate kit is not guaranteed for spot registration.
- No conference kit for Corporate Delegate.
- You must bring your photo ID proof at the time of Registration.
- Only registered delegates will be allowed to attend the scientific session.
- Only Cash / DD will be accepted for spot registration at the venue.
- Conference registration Fees include Delegate kit, admission to the scientific sessions, trade exhibition, buffet lunch, morning snacks and evening tea.
- Spot Registration will be subject to the availability of seats.
Note: Please inform us at the earliest in case of any discrepancies in your registration details, which would allow streamlined error-free registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Request for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at drrachitadhurat@gmail.com
- 75% of refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellation made up to 15th April 2023
- 50% of refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellation made up to 30th April 2023.
- 25% of refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellation made up to 15th May 2023.
- No refund will be made for the requests made after 15th May 2023.
- Registration is not transferable.
- Refunds will be made post conference.
